The property is offered for holiday rental only. Ordinarily, for weekly bookings, the rental period will run from 15.30 hours Saturday to 10.30 hours the following Saturday, although other periods may be arranged upon request.
Our price is for a maximum of 5 (five) people (including children) and includes cleaning products, the hire of bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels and 25 units of electricity per day. We will also provide a ‘welcome pack’ on your arrival, which will include some of the immediate basics that you may require.

As all the bedrooms and bathroom facilities are on the first floor, the gîte may not be suitable for people who have difficulty in walking up, or down stairs.

Notes on prices
Bookings running into two or more calendar months will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
During the months of May to September (inclusive), the tariff prices includes local taxes, water and up to 25 units of electricity per day (175 units per week).
During the months of October to April (inclusive), rentals will include local taxes, water, up to 25 units of electricity per day (175 units per week) and a 10th of a cubic meter of wood for use in the wood burning heater. Guests occupying the gîte for less then seven days will receive wood on a pro-rata basis.
Additional electricity consumed will and charged separately at 12 centimes per unit. (An electricity usage meter is installed within the gîte.) If required further wood supplies may be purchased from the Owners.
To secure a booking a deposit of 25% of the rental cost will be required upon confirmation of booking.
A refundable security deposit, to cover any damage, losses or breakages, of €150 (one hundred and fifty Euros) per booking will be required at the same time as the final payment.
