Pricing and Availability
The property is offered for holiday rental only. Ordinarily, for short term weekly bookings, the rental period will run from 15.30 hours Saturday to 10.30 hours the following Saturday, although other periods may be arranged upon request.
Our rental price is for up to a maximum of 5 (five) people (including children) and includes hot and cold water, cleaning products, the hire of bed linen, bath, hand and tea towels. During the high and very high seasons up to 15 KWh of electricity per day are also included within our price. We will also provide a 'welcome pack' upon your arrival, which will include some of the immediate basics that you may require.
As all the bedrooms and bathroom facilities are on the first floor, the gîte may not be suitable for people who have difficulty in walking up, or down stairs.

Notes on prices
Electricity or additional electricity consumed will and charged separately at 20 centimes per KwH. (An electricity usage meter is installed within the gîte.) This price may be subject to change.
A deposit, of 25% of the rental cost, will be required upon confirmation of a booking.
A refundable security deposit, to cover any damage, losses or breakages, of €220 (two hundred and twenty Euros) per booking will be required at the same time as the final payment.
Linen and towels are changed weekly or on the departure of guests, if required, a further supply of bed linen is available at a charge of €5 per bed and towels at €6 per person.
It is expected that renters of the gîte leave it as they find it, clean and tidy, should you prefer the Owners to undertake the cleaning, after your departure, a surcharge of €50 is payable.
If required, wood for use in the wood burning heater may be purchased from the Owners.
